After many emails and comments we will be keeping the long lap for the 3 hour event, it will however be turned into a 3 lap event so every rider has the chance to complete three laps and keep the lap length so many want.

Hi, would you please provide directions how to get to where the park is located? I've tried to google it, and it shows it off Highway 94 near Tomah, which I don't think is correct? I'm coming from Minneapolis and am not familiar with the area. Thanks!

First time 12 hour racer here. Couple of questions:
1. how does this race start?
2. do we come through a pit area for each lap to count each lap?

1. how does this race start?

Run to your bikes, about 100 yards

2. do we come through a pit area for each lap to count each lap?

Yes each lap will loop past the timing tent and back out to the trail.

Thanks for answering my last questions.... couple more

Pit area is it right off the course by the timing tent or is it off in the parking lot?

and

Can you listen to music during the race?

The pit area is off in the grass to the south of the shelter, it doesnt appear the DNR will be cutting the long grass, sorry. However you can go back to the lot if you want you dont have to stay in the corral area.

No one is going to say anything about tunes as long as you can hear other riders calling out a pass or anything else. I have seen riders wearing one ear bud with no issues

As far as music, the series doesn't allow music in the races.
